TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is marked as ‘Completed’ or ‘Shipped’, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey right up to delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship worldwide using DHL Express, offering fast and reliable service. All international orders are handled on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis, meaning duties and taxes in your destination country are your responsibility.
Customs charges may still apply even if the parcel is not delivered. If these remain unpaid, the charges will be billed back to you along with any related shipping or return costs.

DHL EXPRESS ON-DEMAND DELIVERY (ODD)
All international deliveries are supported by DHL Express On-Demand Delivery (ODD). You’ll receive email and SMS updates with live tracking, delivery progress, and an estimated arrival time.
If your delivery doesn’t suit your schedule, you can reschedule, redirect, or hold it at a convenient time or place — all free of charge. This service gives you complete flexibility and control over your shipment.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Sale items, or any products discounted by more than 25%, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Please ensure you’re happy with your selection before completing your purchase.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange an item, simply return the original for a refund by following the returns process, then place a new order for your preferred item.
To avoid missing out on availability, we recommend placing your new order immediately while your return is being processed.
FAULTY ITEMS
Every Ezili Swim garment is personally quality-checked before leaving our depot. In the rare event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, you’re entitled to a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide proof of evidence, including clear photographs of the packaging, item condition, and any visible damage or fault. This documentation is required for insurance and courier assessment.
Faults caused by wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions are not covered under our returns policy.
RETURNS PROCESS
Ezili Swim accepts returns on all full-price pieces purchased online. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and send the item back to us.
STEP 1: REQUEST APPROVAL
Before returning your item, email return@eziliswim.com with your name, order number, and ‘Refund Request’ in the subject line. In your message, briefly state the reason for your return. Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
STEP 2: PREPARE YOUR RETURN
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, remaining in a saleable condition with no marks or stains. Tags and hygiene seals must still be attached, and items must not be altered in any way.
All returns must be sent using a tracked and insured shipping method. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your return is received and processed.
If your parcel is lost in transit, it remains the sender’s responsibility to file a claim with the courier for the insured value. Ezili Swim cannot issue a refund or replacement for items that do not arrive at our depot.
STEP 3: REFUND CONFIRMATION
If you paid with Klarna, please do not report your return directly to Klarna — we’ll notify them once your refund is confirmed. Refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), and once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your refund.
