All online orders are packaged and dispatched from our depot located in the United Kingdom.

TRACKING NUMBERS
We will provide a tracking number for you to track the progress of your order when we’ve marked your order as ‘Completed / Shipped’. You will receive an email confirming this.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS + DUTIES & TAX
We ship to all countries on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If you for any reason refuse delivery you will still be charged the duties and taxes. Your item will be returned to Ezili and you will be directly charged for the unpaid duties and taxes along with the additional shipping costs.

For all International Deliveries, you will receive a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON-DEMAND DELIVERY (ODD) and will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time. If the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule the 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery. Giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment. Ezili Swim is happy to accept exchanges and refunds on all of our full-price pieces bought online. We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and send back your item.

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Items have not been worn, damaged or washed, and are still in a saleable condition
  • Items have not been altered in any way
  • There are no marks or stains on any items
  • All tags and hygiene seals must still be in place
  • You return the items to us using a shipping method that includes a tracking number and insurance (in the event the item does not arrive at our depot, we will require both of these to deal with your refund. Failure to provide us with this information will mean we cannot send you your refund)

SUBMITTING REFUND REQUESTS

Before you return an item to us you must have approval from us first.

To obtain this, please email info@eziliswim.com with your name, order number and the title refund request.

If you paid with Klarna, do not report the return to klarna after submitting the return through our store. We will notify Klarna once your return has been processed.

We will respond to refund requests within 24 hours (excluding weekends). If we need further information from you, we will communicate this to you. For example, for faulty items, we may need photographic proof.

You will receive an email notification when your refund request has been processed. 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order. If you are concerned about an item going out of stock in the meantime, we recommend placing the new order while your return is being processed.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE PURCHASING

We regret that the delivery cost incurred for returning items to Ezili Swim, for either exchange or refund are not covered by us.

In order for a full refund to be issued on any of our bikinis, the full set (top and bottom) must be received. We cannot offer any refunds on partial returns.

Sale items or items discounted more than 25% are final sale.

Please Note: Any returned items will be thoroughly inspected when received and will be returned to the customer if they do not meet our return policy guidelines.

We do not accept returns that arrive at our HQ outside of our 14 day return policy – no exceptions. If we receive late parcels you will be invoiced for your return shipping fee and the goods will be returned back to you.

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, within 5 business days after the item is received and inspected.

FAULTY ITEMS

Rest assured we take great pride in the quality of all of our garments. Before any orders are dispatched, each piece is personally quality checked by our team to minimise any risk of an item being delivered faulty.

Whilst we hope this never happens any pieces received in a damaged condition or where a manufacturing fault has occurred are applicable for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

You have 48 hours from receiving your item to inform us of any faults so we can take necessary action.

Please Note: We will not accept faults caused by wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions.
